These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and alphawin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a version translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by alphawin of any breach of this Agreement shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all players accessing alphawin from Bangladesh. By using the platform you confirm you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk.

Account Registration

Proof of address documents such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months may also be required.
Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alphawin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcodes with any other person. alphawin will never ask you to disclose your password by email, phone, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately to request an account freeze.
alphawin accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure, except where such losses result directly from a breach of our own systems attributable to our negligence.

Deposit Policy
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. alphawin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your alphawin balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. In the event of a technical delay, contact support with your transaction reference number and our team will resolve the issue promptly.
alphawin does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete full KYC verification by submitting a copy of your National Identity Card and a recent proof-of-address document.
alphawin reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms, pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being flagged. In such cases, the maximum investigation period is 14 calendar days, after which a resolution will be communicated to the player in writing.
All withdrawals are subject to a maximum daily limit of ৳200,000 and a maximum weekly limit of ৳500,000 per account unless otherwise agreed in writing between the player and alphawin's management team.

Section 4

General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. alphawin reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
- Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
- Real-money funds in your account are wagered first. Bonus funds are only drawn upon once the real-money balance reaches zero during a gaming session.

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

User Obligations

Personal Responsibility

Financial Obligations

Section 6
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alphawin platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
Strictly Prohibited Activities

- Money Laundering: Using alphawin to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable law.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under your own name or under a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or evading a previous ban.
- Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the alphawin platform for systematic commercial betting operations, professional arbitrage, or any activity that is not consistent with genuine recreational gambling.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where alphawin detects or reasonably suspects any of the above activities, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend account access; freeze the account balance pending investigation; void and forfeit any open bets, bonuses, or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct; permanently close the account; and/or refer the matter to appropriate legal authorities. alphawin's determination in such matters is final, subject to your right to appeal as described in the Account Closure section below.
Zero Tolerance Policy
alphawin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and multi-accounting. Our detection systems operate continuously. Players who attempt to circumvent these controls expose themselves to permanent bans and legal action.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your alphawin account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of open bets and applicable bonus forfeiture will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
Closure for Breach
alphawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of closure for breach, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in its entirety, including real-money funds where those funds are found to be proceeds of fraud or bonus abuse. alphawin will notify the player of account closure by email to the registered address and will provide a brief statement of the grounds for closure.
Appeals Process
If you believe your account has been closed in error or that the grounds stated for closure are inaccurate, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the closure notification. Appeals must include your full registered name, account username, a detailed explanation of the grounds for your appeal, and any supporting documentation. alphawin will acknowledge your appeal within 3 business days and will issue a final determination within 21 calendar days of receiving all requested documentation.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. alphawin will send a written notification to the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. If the account remains inactive following notification, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the balance to cover account maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.

Accounts inactive for 12 months may attract a monthly maintenance fee. Log in at least once every 12 months to keep your account active and avoid any dormancy deductions.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alphawin's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusions of Liability
alphawin shall not be liable to you for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable at the time of entering into this Agreement:
- Loss of anticipated profits, revenues, or savings.
- Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
- Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.

- Losses attributable to third-party payment processor errors, delays, or outages beyond alphawin's reasonable control.
- Service interruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or government action.
Platform Availability
alphawin makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of general international commercial law. Any dispute arising from your use of alphawin that cannot be resolved through the appeals process described in Section 7 shall be subject to binding arbitration. alphawin's determination in matters of platform fairness, game outcome integrity, and bonus administration is final and shall not be subject to challenge on the basis of any specific national regulatory framework.
